Experience the rejuvenating power of Hot 26, a 75-minute Bikram yoga class with a unique twist. 

While traditional Bikram classes are 90 minutes long and follow a specific sequence with each pose performed twice, our Hot 26 class offers a refreshing variation.

In Hot 26, we honor the core principles and discipline of Bikram yoga while providing a dynamic and engaging practice. 

​

Led by our experienced instructors, each class may vary slightly in sequence, with standing poses sometimes repeated and other times floor poses repeated, depending on the teacher’s guidance and the class’s energy.

​

The 75-minute format of Hot 26 is designed to fit seamlessly into your busy schedule while still providing a comprehensive and transformative yoga experience. 

​

The class begins with pranayama breathing exercises to center the mind and body, followed by a series of 26 classic Bikram poses.

​

The heated room enhances flexibility, detoxification, and focus, allowing you to deepen your practice and release tension from the body. Throughout the class, our instructors offer expert guidance and adjustments to help you find the perfect balance of effort and ease in each posture.

As the class progresses, you’ll feel your body and mind awaken, building strength, balance, and endurance. The practice concludes with a calming savasana and a moment of gratitude for the journey you’ve embarked on during the class.
