
What is The Original Bikram Hot Yoga and why we need it?
Orignal Bikram hot Yoga is a session of 90 minutes at 40 °, in which 26 postures (asanas) and two breathing exercises (pranayamas) are developed, suitable for all ages and skill levels. No matter the physical condition, age or gender.
These 26 postures systematically move fresh and oxygenated blood throughout the body.
All the organs, glands, tendons, ligaments, bones, all the cells of your body, your emotions, your mind and your spirit are worked on.
The room in which it is practiced is prepared to reach 40 degrees of heat, suitable for heating muscles. The heat helps our body burn fat more effectively, redistributing it over the muscular structure. If you have extra kilos it is normal to lose a few centimeters in a short time.
That is why the original Bikram hot Yoga classes are taught under conditions of high temperature and humidity, which favors the sweating of the assistants. Sweating helps detoxification and elimination of toxins through our skin, the largest organ of the body
The good and continuous practice of this series is equivalent to the combination of an aerobic, anaerobic exercise, a massage, meditation and anti-stress therapy.
With a good continuous practice you will achieve an adequate weight, muscle tone, good health and feeling of well-being. Everything will depend on the personal effort of each person.
These postures are designed to provide total health through balance and strengthening of all body systems, with the aim of preventing disease, injury and limiting the effects of aging.
This series of postures combines abilities of concentration, patience, determination and self-control, which lead to increase clarity, increase self-confidence and vitality. Each person is the most important thing, it is essential to begin to love yourself, starting with improving your body, achieving the connection with your mind and finally achieving happiness.

A globally educated Yoga Teacher and holder of Gold medal at World Championship in Yoga for multiple years, will teach the basics of the Bikram Yoga postures (asanas).

The workshop appeals to both beginners and regular practitioners.

The workshop will be for 90 minutes, the first part will highlight the purpose of each Bikram Yoga pose and second part will involve a hands-on workshop.

In this class globally educated Yoga Teacher will teach the basics of the Bikram Yoga postures (asanas) and how to approach the class, whether you are healthy or working towards healing yourself.

You will be Practicing Original 26+2 Bikram Hot Yoga, in 40 degrees Celsius room (heated through infrared heating panels), taught by Yoga Teacher who was taught by Bikram Chowdhary himself.

The Yoga Teacher won Gold in World Championship of Yoga asana 2022; Silver in World Championship of Yoga Sports 2021; International Yoga Asana Champion in 2020 and 2023; Asian Yoga Asana all over champion 2019; six time National Yoga Soorts champion (2014-2019); He also holds 2016 Yog Shiromani Award.

The Yoga Teacher teaching experience also spans across multiple Indian and International schools. He has taught workshops in person in many cities of India and around the World.
His education comprises; Bikram Yoga Teacher Training directly from Bikram Chowdhary; B.Sc in Yogic sciences; 200-300hr Teacher trainings from Yoga and Ayurveda Center, Pennsylvania, USA; 100 hour JM Vinyasa training with Jared McCann at Lighthouse Yoga School in NYC, USA; 75 Hour Progressive Hatha Yoga Training Phuket, Thailand; Restorative Yoga Teacher Training from Alberta Yoga College;; Ashtanga Yoga Training with Kino McGregor (Miami); Ayurveda Expert certification from Alberta Yoga College; Chair Yoga Teacher Training from Alberta Yoga College; 10 days Vipassana meditation retreat in Bali.
